The Doric

This project involved a range of tasks, including façade restoration, brick replacement, PTAC sleeve replacement (both exterior and interior) and new coating on the exterior of the building.

Skillfully removed damaged or deteriorated bricks and installation of new bricks matching the original architecture and design of the building. The PTAC sleeves were replaced on the interior and exterior of the building focusing on proper insulation and weatherproofing.

Exterior painting of the building, taking into account the building's unique requirements, including weather resistance, durability, and of course the desired color scheme.
