I have been immersed in construction and business management from a very young age. After my family first arrived in this country, I worked closely with my parents as they built their own businesses from the ground up. Through that experience, I learned the values of craftsmanship, professionalism, honesty, accountability, determination, and especially hard work.

Over the years, I built on that foundation through 18 years in office management, accounting, and financial oversight with Viles Contracting Corp. and its sister companies, which operated in interior and exterior construction, real estate, and exporting. For the past 11 years, I have served as Chief Financial Officer at Renovo Corp., previously known as Edras Group, where I support construction and real estate operations with a focus on financial stewardship, operational stability, and sustainable growth.

My early experiences taught me that construction is not just about building; it is also about protecting and preserving what has been built. I view a company as a living entity: when it is healthy and growing, it positively impacts its team, partners, clients, and the families connected to it.

  Outside of work, my family is at the center of my life. I am fortunate to be the mother of three sons, and I am incredibly proud of the people they have become. They continue to inspire me every day. Some of our most meaningful moments are simple ones: long trail walks together, meaningful conversations where we share different perspectives, laughter, and the joy of spending time together. The lessons I have learned from them are priceless. They remind me to stay grounded, grateful, patient, and balanced—lessons that continue to shape both my personal life and the way I approach my work.
